If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window
You may return your item within 15 days of receiving your product.
Condition of Item
To receive a full refund, the returned item must be:
- In its original condition (unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging included).
- Shipped back at your own expense.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as RDR Wellness is not responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate your return, please email us at support@rdrcenter.com with the following:
- Your full name and order number
- The reason for your return
- Any photos (if applicable)
Once we receive your item and confirm it meets the return requirements, we’ll process your refund to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of wellness and audio hygiene, certain items may not be eligible for return:
- Used or opened headphones or earbuds
- Custom frequency products or digital downloads
- Items damaged after delivery
